In Japanese, Hiura uses the phrase 心もとない kokoromotonai when he says that he’s feeling kind of uneasy on page 3. Later on page 5, he says 心もとある kokoromoto aru to say that he’s no longer feeling uneasy. The sidenote says that 心もとある is not a word.
If you read 心もとない as 心もと + ない, then 心もとある would indeed be the opposite of 心もとない. However, 心もとない is actually an i-adjective, so the negative form would be conjugated as 心もとなくない kokoromotonaku nai.
